The word Fiber can be scary at first thought, however we all really do need it in our diets. The first thing that comes to mind when I hear the word fiber is gross, sawdust, and cardboard! That's why I was really excited when BzzAgent and Oroweat asked me to try, taste, and review their new line of breads called the Heath-Full breads.
First off, I must disclose that I'm a BzzAgent and that I received a product sample, coupon, collateral or other special premium from BzzAgent.
When I first went to Target to get the bread it was very easy to find. They had 3 for me to choose from. I had to keep the entire family and the meals we would prepare in mind when selecting my choice. The 3 kinds were the 10 Grain, The Nutty Grain, and Flax and Fiber. I choose the 10 Grain although I cannot wait to try the nutty grain with some honey on it.
When I got home and opened the bag the freshness was very evident! Good thing #1. I tore off a piece and smiled, no sawdust or cardboard taste. Good thing #2! Then I made my son, daughter and myself a BLT with cheese on some of the new bread. It was excellent and the bread almost added another flavor to the sandwich. My children are picky eaters and hate trying anything new, with the exception of the trying anything new part, they get the picky eater syndrome from me.
The next day I made a grilled chicken sandwich on the bread for my husband and I, it was delicious! And once again it added a flavor that I couldn't put my finger on!
We are now going to try more of the types or flavors of the Oroweat brand bread, but I know for sure that the 10 grain is going to be a staple in this household!
Here are some of the facts about the 10 grain Health-Full Bread I tried, look at all it has to offer you with out loosing taste!
A recipe to try with this bread, comes from Arnoldbakery.com (the brands website), that you must try on this bread!
